GE Profile Model PFSS2MIYSS - freezer and fridge temps stuck

I just noticed that the temp in the freezer is stuck on 7 F and the temp in the fridge is stuck on 39 F and when I adjust it to 0 and 37F respectively it still reverts to 7 and 39. Is there an issue or will it cool off eventually?
