New battery but still won't charge. Is this an I/O board problem?

I replaced the battery just fine but the new one will still not charge. The power cord and adapter are good.

I/O problem or what else could it be ??

Unless you only just connected the MagSafe charger and the logic hasn’t flipped the ‘Charging with’ and the value ‘0 Watts’ is also altered to a value.
