Why is black starting to spread from the outer edges of my screen?

I just bought a new screen from i fix it and I had it installed. Everything was fine except a day later I started to notice the edges around the bottom and side of my phone are turning black. I didn’t worry about it, but now they’re starting to grow. How do I contact the company because this wasn’t a problem until their screen was installed.
