If I hit cook, or cook time, or start, all I get is a beep and the word “Food” on the display; it won’t turn on; can’t find this problem in the manual

Try this procedure and check if that resolves the problem.
If that doesn’t work try turning off the power to the oven for 5 minutes and then turning the power back on.
If still no good then it may be a loose or faulty switch not signalling the control board correctly. I cannot find a schematic for the oven but looking at the parts list, there are 4 switches. (search for switch in the parts search box)
I’ve never come across an oven having 4 switches as most that I know only have 3 door interlock switches, so I’m wondering what the 4th one is for. Perhaps it is used to signal the timer in the control board but this is just a guess.
