Why is there a clicking noise when I shake my airpods?

Everytime i put in my airpods, i usually go running or jumping, and it makes this weird clicking noise, i tried reseting and cleaning but it still keeps doing it, i don’t want to give it to Apple because they will do the same thing. Is there a solution for this?

its a known issue on the pro version, make sure you have the latest firmware installed (3E751). If that doesn’t help.. go to settings under Bluetooth and go to your Airpods settings and turn off noise control.
