iPhone 6 vcc main short

Hey people, just got hands on my thermal camera and got 2 iPhone 6’s with vcc main shorts. Both have the q1403 heating under thermal and i know its not the mosfet thats causing the issue itself. Too bypass the mosfet i inject voltage at the vcc main cap next to the wifi ic but nothing gets hot under the thermal. one place i havent checked is under the cpu shield. what do you guys think?
