Why I cannot turn on my MacBook Pro while not charging?
I replaced the battery during last weekend. After this, I found my macbook keeps shutting itself down and I cannot turn it on while not charging. The battery is still 99%-100% and the cycle is still 0 now. I was wondering what to do yo fix this.

It sounds like the system isn't properly receiving power from the battery. With the charger connected, power on the computer while holding the 'D' key. Then run the built in diagnostic tests to see if it catches a problem with the battery.

Also check your USB-C cable is the correct one.There are a few different versions of the cable the Apple one uses thicker wires for the power lines so more power can flow.
