iPhone 5s battery replace issues

Hello i replaced my iphone 5s battery but when start my phone battery charge status 1% when i recharge battery its jump and stuck on 27% percent

After i shutdown my phone and on it Again battery comes on 1% again are there any solutions

Also my phone randomly rebooting after 2-3 minutes

So you make Battery BSI track open. See around the battery connector you can see some parts are missing. If the coil is missing simply jumper it and enjoy.

The symptoms your iPhone have is most likely caused by a damage logic board. Take a good look at the logic board around where the battery connector is, it is possible that you have knock of a small component of the logic board when you have replaced the battery. You might need a magnifier or microscope to see it, at the place where component is missing you can make a jumper between the two pads. Sorry for my poor English but I hope you understand what I try to explaine.

Unfortunately i not have  microscope but if there's any missing  part around  battery  socket are that component repairable?

And are you think maybe  the new  battery  have a problem  i am so scared  about component if they  missing

I think the problem is in a missing component around the battery connector, take a magnifier and take a look, it isn’t that difficult to make a jumper, I use silver conductive glue to make this jumper. Much easier then with micro solderen.
