Flickering screen issue on Insignia NS-55DF710NA19 55-inch 4K Ultra HD

My Insignia NS-55DF710NA19 55-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV with HDR - Fire TV Edition recently started having the screen flicker. I’ve had the TV for a little over 2 years and would like to know if it’s fixable or even worth trying to fix. I’ve tried the easy stuff (turning TV off and on, restarting the TV, restoring to factory settings, checked other inputs) and got nowhere. Occasionally it gets better but the picture still looks weird (little blocks and stripes).

This sounds like a T-Con board or main board issue. Can you try replacing the T-Con board?
