My 55 inch TCL LED TV , flicker/blinking on right side when turned on

Screen blinks from middle to right end

started suddenly after 1 year and i am out of warranty

i tried lot of things like changing display settings , reducing the brightness .

I even opened the back of the TV to see if some cable is loose

I removed all cables including the power supply connection , Data cable to right side , Power cable to Right panel .

Left side is perfectly ok .

When watching at a closer distance i can see that on left panel half of the LED goes off like once in 5 seconds

any one has any advice ?

please help me
