My speaker isn’t turning on what’s so ever I have it connected to the wall and it still don’t work

You could check the outlet, and check the actual device, this type of speaker will light up and read a red number, with a blue light. If the blue light or red number is not appearing, your going to have to take it apart since it is not receiving power. Check if there’s bents, lost pins or litter in the actual connector. My guess is there’s a problem with the wiring, whether a wires came unsoldered, or is sliced.

check the outlet plug on the device.
see if there are any bent or missing pins or debri in the connector.
have you tried a new cord and charging dongle?
