MacBook Pro Replacing logic board and paired touch ID button

Figured I would ask on this forum as I have no seen any videos on this. I have purchased a brand new replacement logic board and paired touch ID button. I have all the parts needed but in the packaging there is six small little round plates. There most likely for the touch id sensor but I have no idea how to assemble this. Has anyone replaced both a new logic board and touch id sensor and have any input on whats included in the packaging and how it gets assembled? I’ll include a picture of the part I am unsure of but touch id sensor is included, there is a bracket for the sensor and then the pic I’m including. Any help would be appreciated.

Kindly Regards

@gesch - So you have these exact parts which came with your replacement logic board? Or are you trying to piece the button back together?

I've not encountered needing these parts to then assemble the TouchID as the used boards I've gotten are fully assembled. I did need to clean on one system the button plunger as it was sticking a few sprays of distilled water and some compressed air took care of that.

Thanks for the answering.

I’m trying to replace it together with the motherboard. For the motherboard’s are plenty videos but together with the Touch ID sensor zero. My motherboard has been water damaged. I spilled water then I left it dry and after that it worked for about 2J. I didn’t know I should open it and clean the motherboard. I was thinking for the money I paid must be water resistant 😂.

@gesch - the TouchID button is married to the given logic board, you can't mix and match if that's what you are doing.

The white ones look like liquid spill detector sensors. The black ones look like the bumpers on the backside of the board, but you need a few more than three!

The square black block is the TouchID sensor frame and the adhesive.
