Looking for guide to rebuild battery packs for Autel Robotics EVO

For Autel Robotics EVO drone, looking for information on rebuilding battery packs. The drone firmware analyzes the voltage of each cell and prevents the drone from flying if the cell balance is more than .05% off. This is VERY tight tolerance so we either need to be able to rebuild the battery packs or learn how to modify the firmware to allow a wider tolerance. This tolerance is so tight that even under good storage practices the cells become unbalanced enough within about a year so the batteries either need to be discarded or rebuilt (if we can have a guide on doing that). Replacement battery packs from the manufacturer are becoming a supply and cost issue.

I have the same old 2 original batteries for years now and I dont experience this issue you talk about. I can confirm that they do drain faster than when they were new but I still use them to fly all the time.

It is possible more recent versions of firmware use the tighter tolerance of battery cell balance and this may not be an issue with older firmware.

@Gary Eldridge Have you got the latest firmware update yet? I remember long time ago they did give a specific one out for the batteries that I did. You maybe have solved your own question.
