Is this the PRAM battery?

Is this the PRAM battery? If so what part can I replace it with? It looks like it has corrosion or it’s leaking which is the only reason it caught my eye. It looks like a really tiny coin battery to me but from the searches I’ve done most people say this model shouldn’t have a PRAM battery. Only 1 result I came across called it a 1.5v battery.

Yes that is the PRAM battery. If there is corrosion, why dont you try cleaning it with some isopropyl alcohol ?
