Why is my watch not booting up?

My 46mm galaxy watch wont boot. I tried rebooting it on and off the charger as well, and tried different chargers, and wall adapters and wall outlets.

When I put the watch on the factory charger, it counts the percentage up really fast then goes black. And the charger light blinks red. If I try and boot or reboot it, it cant get past the “samsung galaxy watch" screen, and goes black.
