Is it possible to view battery health on replaced battery?

As most of you probably know, Apple started to pair iPhone batteries to the motherboard starting with iPhone XS and up.

That makes it so that if you get the battery replaced, you cannot view the battery health on the iPhone Battery Health section of settings as it would say “Needs Service” or something along those lines.

Now is it still possible to view the battery health of the battery with a third-party tool such as 3uTools?
