Boot looping after battery replacement

Hi members of iFixit, I have an apple watch that just doesn’t seem to want to boot, I’ve replaced the battery and check its voltage which is around 4v yet even while not on the charger or likewise it does the same thing. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
