Brother HL L6200DW creasing

I work for a company that has many of these printers that we are trying to figure out why they ever so often crease a sheet or two of paper when printing. It is so inconsistent that it is driving me mad. One time it will crease the first sheet only , the next it creases sheets 1 and 3 yet 2 and 4 are perfectly fine.

It’s intermittently skewing a sheet on picking one up. Be certain the paper is “fanned” when refilling. Static and humidity make pages want to stick together, “fanning” allows air to separate them. Check and cleaning the pickup rollers can help too.

So i tried cleaning the pick up rollers and fanning the paper and that didn't seem to help. The creases range from severe to really minor.
