Tcl 55” Backlight issues. Replaced leds still nothing. Power board?
My tcl passed the flashlight test. I made an assumption it was the LEDs so I replaced them with a set from Shopjimmy. Put it back together and same problem.
I’m guessing either I screwed up installing the leds, one of them is bad brand new, or it’s something else.
I went to see if I have any DC voltage at the led plug and I got nothing. Can somebody confirm if I have a bad led will that cause me to not have any voltage at the led plug on the power board?
If not what voltage should I expect to see? And if the tv powers up no problem and boots to the Main menu would you guys suspect a power board issue? TCON? Something else

I had no luck finding a service manual... What voltages are you getting at the led connectors? Are they stable?
