Why can I see back led light bulbs

The screen function is OK but the back led light on the home screen the individual bulbs are visible, not sure if I am explaining myself correctly.

@vana04 %#*@, I can see that. Is this the original screen??

I'm curious as sometimes (in my experience), some vendors replace the glass but do not align it correctly to the digitizer/screen assembly... Have you tried lowering the brightness and seeing if it still shows? I wonder if it's possible that the LEDs are being overdriven (although that's not likely), or if the bonding epoxy didn't make it's way all the way down.

If this is a new iPad and it's still under warranty, I recommend getting Apple to replace it. If not, give us more information about if it's used, refurbished, screen replaced, etc.
