Why does it run so hot when I am using Aerofly and Flightradar24

Hello,

I have an iPad Pro 10.5 inch and when i run AeroFly FS 2021 and Flightradar24 it runs so dang hot. Do you have any recommendations on how to keep it cool because i burnt myself with it for playing Aerofly for a fewhours
