Why did my iPad suddenly stop working and is now in Recovery Mode?

I woke up one day and put my iPad on the charger for 1hr before my zoom classes start. After 1hr I opened my iPad and entered my zoom lesson, 3 mins into the lesson and my iPad suddenly shuts down and enters a boot loop and then enters Recovery Mode. I tried Updating and Restoring through iTunes and also through a file from https://ipsw.me but I get an Error Code 4013 and I also tried using http://www.3u.com to flash iOS 14.4 and I tried getting out of Recovery Mode only to be back to a boot loop. Nothing works for me.

Try restore in DFU mode through iTunes, if that doesn't work then it's likely a board issue (hardware related) that requires component level repair.
