My google is not responding
Google not responding keep popping up on my screen. I tap ok and it still keeps popping up and I can't get to my home screen

I reset my device and loaded my internet information I have no icons or home screen what so ever and when prompted to hit next it only says google is not responding

How to you fill out profile if you can[t get past anything else on the device I even opt to connect to another device that has all my google information
