Why does copier put a horizontal yellow streak on flatbed scnd copies

I have an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw. My copies have a horizontal yellow smear across the page, near the top of the page when scanned on the flatbed or the ADF. How do I fix it?
