1 No sound when watching a video
I recently replaced the battery and screen being very careful and following the instructions. I'm not sure of the relationship between what I did and what I am experiencing. While watching a video, I have no sound. I have checked settings but can't find the answer. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

Does the phone make no sound at all, or does the problem only occur when you use certain apps?
