I just had my floor tile taken out of my kitchen and they moved my Whirlpool wrs325sdhz00 refrigerator. Now my ice maker stopped making ice. It seems like it has to be something easy, its only 3 years old in a 2 person house. I will call the company that moved it if I need to but I thought I would try here first.

Hi,
Was the water hose reconnected or water supply for the refrigerator turned back on to the refrigerator when it was moved back in position i.e. if it was disconnected or turned off in the first place to move the refrigerator far enough out of the way?
Here’s the owner manual for the refrigerator. Go to p.7 to see the water supply requirements and connections etc.

Im not sure if anything was disconnected. Everything looks connected. Thank you so much for your help. I will have to call them tomorrow.

Is the refrigerator dispensing water OK? If so it means that the water is connected to the refrigerator and the ice tray should be filling with water to freeze and make ice.

Unplug refrigerator, take the three pronged plug grounding pin and touch that pin to the frame of the refer. Plug the refer back into the wall receptacle. Worked like a charm on my Samsung. There's a static electricity build up on one of the circuit boards that doesn't shed the build up properly.
