This particular guy is a weird one. There’s actually not a resistor in that position, it’s a filter. On the other hand—this filter doesn’t go bad. What makes you looking at battery_swi line?

Yes this is the tolerance of the resistor. They usually have a tolerance of 1, 2, 5, 10 and 20 percent. These values are to indicate how much the component can vary from it’s from its nominal value.
