Iphone XS Max No sound or Voice in Calls.

When i try to make a call I have no sound or voice. speaker doesnt work other person cant hear me. Both speakers upper and lower do work though. When I use textfree app to make the call I get sound non speaker and speaker and the other party can hear me fine! Also my XS Max is connected with my iphone 7 which works fine when I get a call on the 7 and answer it with the XS Max the sound and voice works! this is really weird.
