iPhone XS Grounding clip?
Pardon my french but where the f@ck did this grounding clip come from?
Was working on the phone removing taptic engine, loudspeaker, battery and volume/silent button flex but can’t figure out where this came from.
But can’t rule out it wasn’t lying around in the phone from previous work either.

This piece looks like it is a tab off the Interconnect Cable. Maybe have a look through the device and make sure all the screw connections are all there for the interconnect cable.
