Washer Drying Has Power But Blank Program Menu, Stopped Mid Cycle Help

Our Zanussi zwd1471 washer/dryer started a wash today, warmed the water, and when

we went back later, the amber on/off light was on but the display/program menu was dead blank (no error codes at all) & the machine was full of grey water. The door was unlocked when we tried & it opened.

We then closed it again tried to restart it, pushed the start & several buttons, the door temporarily locked for a few moments, then unlocked again. Again the amber on/off light was still on the whole time but no other display/program menu.

Can you advise what the fault maybe and what part we should look at/do you stock it? Thank you
