What is the name of this part under the hinge? And how can i replace it? It seems very hard.

It's kind of hard to see the ammage. Is that part of the connector that came off? That would require solder, not glue. You're better off replacing the cable if that's the issue.

Thanks you so much for the answer, the broken part belongs to the palmrest, i am not sure if a strong glue can hold it back, or should i replace the whole thing.
