Desoldering Wifi Module Problem

I have put the hot air station to 450 degrees and the module will not even budge any idea please i also tryed on the nor but same. The Ps4 was in storage for some time does this effect the solder. there is no way to put quick melt solder on pins as they are under.Any help please

Unless you have the board sitting on a pre-heater 450 degrees would not produce enough heat due to the large ground plain on the PS4. I have never removed one of these IC’s from the PS4 but looking at it I would start my hot air station at 500 and go up from there if needed.

My hot air station maxes out at 480 unfortunately

Try adding flux to the board near the module. The heat should cause the solder to suck up the flux and become liquidy when hot. Then you can remove it. I got mine to come off at 300 degrees C with a hot air gun. Takes a few minutes.
