Dell Quality Replacement Screws?

I find the cheap screws Dell uses in their laptops tend to strip more often than any screw should.

(1) Thus the question . . . why would anyone pay for genuine Dell screws?

We know the sizes.

(2) Who supplies better quality screws?

(3) How would I know the screws are better before purchase? Any seller could push their url without giving any fact based reasons their screws are any better. Please don’t waste our time with low quality screws most likely made in China.
