Rear end lights not working? 1995 chevy chey. long bed 5 speed, 305

I have running lights in the rear, but no brake lights, no turn signals anywhere (front, rear or on the instrument cluster panel), no reverse lights and 4 ways only work in the front. It's obviously getting power, because of the running lights. And the brake light switch is good because the third brake light DOES WORK. I have replaced fuses and relays under the hood, and the stop hazard relay under the dash. About 6 months ago, I had the multifunction switch replaced by a Chevy guy, but when that was done, reverse kept blowing a fuse, now it doesn't do that anymore.

I have no idea where to start. Please help?
