Thunderbolt 3 to TB2 Adapter nicht erkannt

Versuche mein Interface über den Thunderbolt 3 zu Thunderbolt 2 Adapter von Apple zu verbinden, doch wird dieser Adapter nicht im Systembericht unter TB angezeigt. Normale USB-C Geräte laufen in den TB3-Ports problemlos.

Habe schon PRAM reset durchgeführt und den Adapter im Laden umgetauscht. Hat jemand noch eine Idee?

Thunderbolt 3 to TB2 adapter not recognized

Try to connect my interface via the Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter from Apple, but this adapter is not shown in the system report under TB. Normal USB-C devices run smoothly in the TB3 ports.

Have already performed a PRAM reset and exchanged the adapter in the store. Does somebody still have an idea?
