Xbxox upon boot up shuts off after 45 sec

I have a friends xbxox one x that upon power up lasts about 45 seconds and powers down, nothing on the screen and no fan on either. I do have a light beeping from the hard drive.

I have replaced the fan for a new one but didnt work.

Also was wondering if the xbox one s model drive will work on the one x model?
