hard drive replacement for running tiger

I would like to find out if I can replace a faster hd like 7200rpm. You guys have suggested 120GB 5400rpm wd ata hd.

Currently I have 256mb ram memory. I am thinking upgrade it to PC133 512mb ram chip and make it 640mb ram.

Will I be able to run tiger on this machine then? I have CPU speed as 600MHz, do you think it is enough?

You can certainly run Tiger with the increased memory--Tiger requires 256 GB minimum to run properly. Secondly I don't see any problems with installing a 7200 rpm hard drive. Included is a link to the repair guides for your computer.
