Any recommendations for optical port replacement - I don’t know where to get the replacement part for the port (a lot of “p”s sorry). Anything would help. It is a Sonos Playbase.

Are there any identification markings on the component itself?
Try searching places like here or here or search online for Toslink receiver module to find suppliers that have the part that suits.
Toslink is normally the standard optical fibre connection system used in consumer audio/video equipment so hopefully you only have to find one that is compatible with the circuit board that it connects to and that physically fits into the cover of the device
