Tronsmart Element Force Soundpulse not opening/not working

Hello.

I ‘ve bought bluetooth speaker Tronsmart Element Force Soundpulse, before 3 months ago. Suddenly i press the power on button, blue led light flashing, its opening (while i press the button), but when i release the power button the speaker shut down.

I try reset by pressing/hold power button + EQ, power button + M(memory button), power button + start/pause nothing happens.

Any ideas?

thank you

@techiteasy sounds like a power board issue. Problem with that is the schematics are not available. you would have to do a teardown and post pictures of the boards trying to troubleshoot it. Since this is a new speaker I would strongly suggest that you contact either the Vendor or the manufacturer and have them fix this under warranty.

Hello @oldturkey03 and thank you for your reply!

I send them email both of them and they told that yes i under warranty but it would take about 2 months (send-repair-send me back). So i decided to keep it and try to fix.

I try to teardown as you told me and post some photos sure!

I don’t know too much things about electrically You think that it’s easy to fix my own?

@techiteasy that'll depend on what is wrong with it and which component has failed. It could be straight forward or really complicated without having a valid schematic.

This looks like the board where the power connects to. Correct? can you find the wiring from the power switch anywhere since we need to find the wiring from the switch to the power on circuit. Pictures look good but eventually need to remove the foam etc. on the boards so we can see more of that. you do have a multimeter for testing purposes?

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

unfortunately don’t have any equipment. I think that without the correct stuff i have to go to a service point to fix it.

Hello.
I would like to ask you for a favor. Do you still have the original of this photo? I would need to know what kind of electronic component it is (the one in the blue circle). When I enlarge this photo, I can't read the description.
Thank you very much, Vaclav
