Dualshock 4 is not turning on

Hello everyone, my DS4 d-pad button was not working properly so I opened it and cleaned it to fix the problem (it worked).

After I reassembled it the LED wouldn't turn ON nor the controller would charge but the rest was working just fine and I could play a little using it.

Then I connected it to the USB cable to try charging it again but a message popped on my PS4 saying “The dualshock 4 was disconnected”.

Now it won't turn on at all, even though it still had some battery left, and I have no idea what could be the problem.

Does anyone know how to help me?
