fabric softner dispenser problem

My Fabric softner remains in dispenser after cycle. opened the machine and washed the dispenser assembly. When putting the machine in test mode, I see the pre-wash, main wash and bleach dispensers are working fine. No water from the fabric softner one. I dont think it s the inlet valve ask the main and pre wash are working. Could it be the assembly where the inlet values hoses connect?
