Hi,
Try the following:
Turn on the laptop and when it boots into Windows, force turn it off by holding the Power button until it completely shuts down.
Do this 3 times in a row i.e start > boot > turn off > start > boot > turn off >start > boot etc.
On the 3rd attempt it should boot into the Windows Recovery Environment menus.
When in the menus select Troubleshooting > Startup Settings > Advanced > Startup repair and follow the prompts.
If that doesn’t work try Troubleshooting > Startup Settings > Advanced > System Restore or System Image Recovery (if you have a restore point set or system image that is).
Do not select Reset this PC. If you choose a wrong option after this you may lose all your data as Windows will be reinstalled.
