Can I upgrade my late 2009 motherboard with a mid 2010 one?

Can I upgrade a white late 2009 macbook’s motherboard (macbook6,1) with the motherboard of a mid-2010 (macbook7,1) macbook? the thing is that I want to upgrade the CPU and the GPU , but they are soldered to the motherboard. So is it possible to “upgrade” the motherboard?
