iMac 2017 vs 2019 screen

I have a 2019 screen (LM270QQ1 (SD)(E1) vs. a 2017 screen LM270QQ1 (SD)(C1).

I have mounted the 2017 screen and it works well. Colors are the same, and the screen measures for the same brightness. Can anybody tell me if there is a difference between the C1 and E1 screens?

I can only find the specs for the LM270QQ1(SD)(C1) version of the display LM270QQ1(SD)(C1)

The subversion letters tie into the T-CON logic and panel grade. I have never found a good writeup what they mean.
