Surface Pro 4 wont power on

I have a surface pro 4 that died on its on and wont power on. I did take it apart and checked all possible solutions so far. Fuses aka. 000 resistors are ok, no blown capacitors or resistors. Everything looks good on the board. I do wonder about 2 mofsets in the cpu section being shorted out. Checked out their 4 pins and all are shorted out. I dont know if anyone experienced something like this.
