I have a non working MacBook Pro A1706 and wondered if I could swap the screen to my MacBook Pro A2159 (broken screen). Are they compatible?

Sadly COVID has disrupted the recycled parts supply, You’ll need to order a new one which will be more expensive. Here’s one source for the screen:
