My Apple watch 4 IS in bootloop after changing battery

Hi to all, i tried to change battery in My watch 4 but i saw that the battery was swelling and i removed it. Now i have installed che original battery but it stucks on Apple logo and reboot.

At The moment i haven’t installed The flex sensor touch screen but before it was working.
