Released by Dell around 2009, the E2310H is a 23-inch monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.

Monitor lost power suddenly

During work, my E2311H got black and I’ve no chance to power on again.

Is there any spare part to check or anything else I can do myself to get it back to work.

Greetings

Hi @lassegismo

What I can suggest if it is not under warranty, to open out and check on the power supply voltages.

normally i can think of, either power supply board faulty or mainboard faulty which causes this.

do you have a multimeter with you?

@augustine yes i check the power supply and there is 18.5 autput for both boards but the backlight plug have no power i found 2 blown 25v 220 capacitors and change it but still not working

If there is still no backlight voltage, check the PSU diodes with the diode function of a DVM. If all of them check OK, check the transistors the same way = they are just two diodes b to e and b to c. I'm betting on diodes.
