MB Air 13 (2015) Not turning on after I/O board replacement

I cannot turn it back on after reassembly. I've checked all the connections. Could the I/O board I purchased be defective? The repair went well and I followed the instructions and comments from others.

Note, the MBA 13” was turning on and charging fine before replacing the I/O board, except that both USBs were bot working.

I'm lost! Any ideas??

I’ve added some pictures to show that the I/O board I purchased actually came damaged which I just caught. One of the contact points was missing… I hope iFixit will refund me for this!!
