Touch screen isn’t working after screen replacement

I’ve recently changed my iPhone 11 screen. The screen comes on perfect but the touch screen does not work I’ve tried to reconnected but got no luck. What could be wrong?

First did you disconnect the battery before you changed the screen? If so get a magnifying glass and check the connections for any damage or bent pins. Then clean the connectors with a qtip and alcohol and a soft brush. Try that.
